Market Watch reports the Canadian Competition Bureau fined Domfoam International Inc. and Valle Foam Industries (1995) Inc. a total of $12.5 million after they pleaded guilty to conspiracy under the Competition Act for participating in a polyurethane foam price-fixing cartel.
